Job Overview & Work Site:
How We Do It
Our approach is patient-centric, emphasizing individualized treatment and attention to detail. In addition, we actively support our athletic trainers in their professional growth journey by providing opportunities for specialty certifications and tailored professional development.
Covering local high school athletics.
Develop and implement injury prevention programs tailored to the needs of individual athletes and specific sports.
Administer appropriate immediate care for injured athletes on-site and arrange for further medical evaluation or treatment when necessary.
Create and manage rehabilitation plans for injured athletes to facilitate safe and timely return to play.
Communicate with physicians, local therapists, coaches, and administrators.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of injuries, treatments, and progress of each athlete.
Assist in maintaining a safe sports environment by inspecting and ensuring proper use of sports equipment and facilities.
Educate athletes about nutrition, hydration, and injury prevention techniques.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in sports medicine and best practices in athletic training.
