Overview:
As a Full-Time Recruiting Branch Coordinator for our Sacramento Office. You will be responsible for promoting and achieving growth within the office service territory. This will include conducting the day-to-day operations of the office, performing caregiver orientations, onboarding and hands-on skills training, attending recruiting events, developing local recruiting partnerships and ensuring the service area hiring needs are being met. Maintaining good relationships with local client referral sources is also part of this role.
This position requires someone who is creative and dynamic with a “Yes we can!” attitude.
This is not a remote position
Responsibilities:
Scheduling and conducting in-person caregiver orientations and training
Verifying and completing legal documentation for new hires
Provide excellent communication to caregivers, referral sources and the community
Provide ongoing training resources to caregivers
Serve as point of contact to local referral sources and hiring partnerships
Quality assurance and training visits to the client home as needed
Friendly and dynamic face to face, phone and virtual interactions
Willingness to provide caregiver services in urgent instances when coverage is difficult
Qualifications:
Microsoft Office Knowledge
Bilingual English/Spanish
Dependable, punctual and proactive
Works well with others (teamwork)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Previous experience or knowledge of caregiving a plus but not required
Requirements
Valid driver license and vehicle in working condition with current liability insurance
Ability to bend and squat to lift at least 50 pounds
Ability to safely assist another person with ambulation, transfers and activities of daily living
Eligible for employment in the United States
Ability to pass a background and reference check
