Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our preschoolers, incorporating a mix of play-based learning, storytelling, and hands-on activities.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages socialization, creativity, and self-expression.
Establish routines and structures to promote behavior management and ensure the smooth operation of the classroom.
Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative and supportive community.
Adapt lesson plans to accommodate students with special needs, providing individualized support and accommodations as necessary.
Manage classroom resources and supplies, ensuring that the classroom is organized, clean, and well-maintained
Qualifications:
Experience working with children in a childcare setting is essential
Experience working with children with special needs is desirable
Experience with teaching in a classroom setting is necessary
Early childhood education principles and practices
Experience working with children of all ages
Ability to adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse students
Experience with special education and accommodations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Infant care expertise
Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices
