Junior Help Desk Specialist: L1/Voice/L2/Service desk/Customer Service/German

Role Purpose: For our customer, a renowned pharma domain client in Luzern Switzerland. We are looking for a person to provide good support and advice at the first contact, we are looking for long-term strong communication support in our service point. We are the first point of contact on site for all questions about IT, as well as minor IT difficulties. We not only help employees with difficulties with their tools, but also take an active part in installing and wiring computers, etc. for a contract role initially for 12 months with strong possibility of extension.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to support of our employees in case of software and hardware problems in the telephone and smartphone sector.
- Responsible for administration, coordination and support of Cisco IP phone, softphone (1st level/base configuration) as well as mobile phone and smartphone (1st level/2nd level/base configuration)
- Responsible for Delivery, commissioning, installation and cabling of PC and telephony hardware incl. connection to local networks
- Responsible for creation and maintenance of telephone profiles according to specifications
- Instructing end users as well as introductory trainings for existing telephony solutions
- Employees in the in-house IT Service Point- independently serve customers
- Will be working with the given ticket tool "Service Now" and company-owned asset management tools.

Must Have Skills:
- Must have at least 1-2 years of professional experience IT Support, Service Desk, IT Customer Service
- Must have good experience or knowledge working in the computer science environment
- Must have strong service orientation in dealing with customers in English and German
- Must have great IT interest
- Should be well-maintained, professional appearance for customer contact
- Should have good Teamwork
- Should be motivated and customer-oriented

Education:
Bachelors or Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or in a related field of study

Languages:
- Fluent in German both writtern and verbal.
- Fluent in English
