This is an office-based position.

Responsibilities:

Understands and drives all / most aspects of base wealth product implementations

Can offer a diagnosis as it relates to client problems and offer solutions that don’t currently exist.

Oversee technical delivery of releases to iPipeline clients

Responsible for providing estimates on level of effort, scope, and milestones.

Responsible for translating the customer’s business requirements into technical requirements.

Demo wealth product functionality to customers, end users and company management, and take technical information and translate it to be understood by various audiences

Lead joint solution design sessions directly with client team members, identifying potential solutions and scope for consideration, and/or troubleshooting known issues.

Assess the business impact of certain technical choices and inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented.

Strong communication and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.

Actively engage and cultivate relationships with internal and external teams to promote effective collaboration and improvements.

Guide and promote best practices

Drive positive change.

Qualifications:

5+ years in the technical implementation of software solutions

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle

Ability to self-manage time and workload

Excellent analytical, system design, written, verbal, and customer communication skills

Ability to gather and translate requirements

Candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications

Wealth Management industry knowledge

Experience working in Jira, SQL Server, Office 365, Postman, Swagger

Basic understanding of workflow engines (iGrafx, Vizio)

Knowledge of agile scrum methodology
