Overview:

In this role, you will play a critical role for the company and will work alongside other professionals within the team and other departments. You will be responsible for developing grant proposals and managing the grant application process. this includes researching grant opportunities, writing and submitting grant proposals, tracking grant progress, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. The Grants Manager will also be responsible for overseeing grant budgets and reporting to funders.

Responsibilities:
Below is an overview of the duties and responsibilities you would take on in this role:
Develop and implement grant proposal strategies
Responsible for researching new grant opportunities
Manage relationships with grant-making organizations
Coordinate with department and project managers to ensure grant requirements
Develop accurate grant proposals and reports on grant status
Ensure compliance with grant policies and regulations
Oversee budget development, monitoring and reporting
Supervise grant support staff
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nonprofit management, business, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in grant writing and management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent writing and research abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
Experience with grant management software and tools
Proven track record of successful grant applications and awards
Company retains the sole discretion to change the duties of the position at any time.
Pay Range:
$110,000 to $130,000
