Provide management information system user support on a continuing basis either by phone or site visit. Troubleshoots end-user problems. Analyzes & designs software modifications to meet users' needs.
Provide First Line Support Analysis to support the users of a Management Information systems
These systems are in-house developed by a team of developers for which the Support Analyst will work closely with as part of this team.
The Support Analyst is responsible for sustaining the daily operations of the system by providing first line systems support to end users.
Duties include telephone support solving or escalating user issues to the developers, monitoring and responding to the SendSS Support email address, unlocking user accounts and verifying new user access in accordance with organization and user job function.
Under supervision, provides management information system user support on a continuing basis either by phone or site visit. Troubleshoots end-user problems. Analyzes and designs software modifications to meet users' needs. May develop and conduct training programs for software/hardware users. High school diploma or GED AND training and experience necessary to independently provide technical support to computer users in an assigned office/geographic area.
