Position Overview:
Navistar International Corporation, a leading North American truck manufacturer with great products, a strong market position and best-in-class distribution network, has an exciting new opportunity for a Program Manager Analyst to join our Research and Development team. This is currently a hybrid position working 3 days in office and 2 days work from home a week at our WHQ in Lisle, IL. (Navistar R&D group reserves the right to update the current hybrid working status at any time)
The Program Manager Analyst communicates the status of the miscellaneous programs including program metrics. This role tracks all incoming current product issues generated from engineering, quality, procurement, and manufacturing. The PM Analyst will ensure concerns are vetting in the Change Control Board meetings for determination on action to be taken on them and issue the meeting results are properly documented and published. They will also monthly track the budget status for the sustaining programs.
Responsibilities:
Manage projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Tracking and Monitoring sustaining program in the Change Control Board Process in each of their stages.
Report and summarize their status in the completion process as well as status to the original program targets.
Set the agenda for the Change Control Review Board.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of technical project/program management experience
OR
Master’s degree
OR
At least 4 years of technical project/program management experience
Additional Requirements:
Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
