Department Summary:

Our Facilities team oversees the offices we call home. They ensure our teams can connect, collaborate and innovate in a space built to support their success. From securing our campuses to making sure our events go off without a hitch, Facilities is the human face of our company’s well-oiled onsite operation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Warehouse Associate’s primary role is to perform various skilled and semi-skilled tasks to maintain a 24/7 facilities operation. 

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the appearance of the facilities and grounds throughout the property 

Create inventory of all assets (& 39th) and for other locations to request (furniture, forklifts, warehouse equipment, racking, etc..)

All the daily, weekly, and monthly inspections at 39th for Corporate Safety/Compliance

Vehicle, forklift, fire extinguisher inspections, and racking

Forklift driver, Warehouse worker, Warehouse Organization, etc. 

Light maintenance duties when assigned as well as any and all other duties assigned

Skills, Experience and Requirements:

Education and Experience:

1-3 years of related experience within a manufacturing/warehouse environment preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills and Experience:

Experience with Google sheet and computers in general

Inventory control and asset control

Light maintenance experience that includes groundskeeping. Strong knowledge of safe work practices and procedures typical for maintenance operations

Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment with limited resources.

Logistics and transportation system/organization

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
