Overview:

Responsible for the delivery of both Bakery and Commissary to all 109 stores in Oklahoma City. Coordinates and

schedules drivers to merchandise and delivery product over 9 routes nightly, 365 days a year.

Responsibilities:

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

 Responsible for hiring, training and discipline of 20 drivers including an assistant supervisor

 Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.

 Coordinates delivery for two departments for all 109 stores nightly and schedules drivers accordingly.

 Reconcile and submit payroll for all overnight drivers.

 Assists in the maintenance and upkeep of a fleet of 20 trucks.

 Conduct weekly audits to ensure drivers are adhering to the standards required of drivers.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION: High School/GED

YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 3+ years

YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: 3+ years

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: Driver's License and Motor Vehicle Record

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

 Strong time management and attention to detail.

 Ability to work independently.

 Ability to manage multiple locations and departments.
