Overview:

The Office Manager will oversee administrative and operational activities to ensure the headquarters office runs smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a commitment to maintaining a positive and efficient workplace.
During the first 4-5 months in this position, you will be responsible for covering our two office locations in Westlake Village, as well as overseeing the decommissioning and relocation of one office to our new headquarters.
This role is required to be on-site 5 days per week at our Westlake Village, CA office.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement office and mailroom procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
Manage and mentor office and mailroom staff
Oversee office budget and expenses, including procurement of office supplies, equipment, office and mailroom staff, and services
Maintain office facilities and ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained
Serve as primary contact with building management, includes but not limited to setting up new hires with access, reserving building conference rooms with property management, and coordinating deliveries and services
Manage all vendors related to office services, maintenance, and repairs
Works with executive assistants to coordinate meetings and events, including arranging logistics and catering
Provide various administrative support as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
5+ years of proven experience in office management or administrative roles
Advanced computer skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
