Description:
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Aluminum TIG Welders for projects located in Thomaston, ME. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $24/hour based on experience plus $120/Per Diem for travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:
Welding and fabrication of metal products
Ensure all materials are properly tracked and recorded
Other tasks assigned
Requirements:
Must be able to read and interpret construction drawings, welding symbols and specifications
Minimum of 1+ years of welding and fabrication experience
Must have experience in heavy industrial environments, operation of metal forming, cutting machinery, fork lift and other types of metal moving equipment
Must have experience with rigging and lifting operations
High school diploma, AA or high degree preferred
AWS D 1.13 welding certifications preferred
