Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr. Accounting Analyst to perform accounting tasks in a shared services environment. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate transactions, providing assurance that our accounting practices adhere to financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures, and performing general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Prepare, review, and post journal entries
Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure account balances are accurately stated
Manage ongoing projects and ad-hoc requests as assigned
Onboarding accounting functions from various Business Units to Financial Shared Services
Support internal and external audit requests
Work in a team environment while supporting business units throughout the organization
Maintain existing internal controls while looking for continuous improvement opportunities
Develop, analyze, and present reports to management
Indirectly supervise the work efforts of lower level or junior staff members
Qualifications:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
CPA preferred
3-5 years of experience
Hands-on experience in financial accounting & reporting
MS suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
SAP ERP experience highly desired
Working knowledge of inventory and cost account, a plus
Hyperion ESSBASE, a plus

The compensation range for this position is approximately $72,000 - $95,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education
