Our practice is based on a simple philosophy; the best team members provide the best patient care. We are looking to add dedicated team members who are interested in building their careers alongside a talented group of hard working and motivated staff.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday and Saturday
Compensation for this position $25-$27 based on experience
Responsibilities:
The Patient Care Representative (PCR) is the first line of customer service for all patients and visitors entering our office
They will greet patients, sign them in, schedule future appointments, and handle incoming phone calls
They will assist patients in accordance with the training they have received ensuring patients receive the best possible service
Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to DCA Policies
Register New Patients on Denticon.
Post charges and payments to patient accounts
Checking voice-mail on a daily basis
Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients
Qualifications:
At least 1 -2 years of dental administrative experience is preferred.
Strong computer skills; including MS Office.
Attention to detail
Willingness to participate as a team member
Good organizational skills
Dentrix or Denticon experience preferred.
