Job Description:
As an installer with Ozark's Modern Insulation, you will be responsible for installing various types of insulation in residential and commercial buildings. As a Fireplace Installer, you will be responsible for installing and servicing fireplaces, inserts, and stoves in homes and businesses.
Responsibilities:
Install various types of insulation, including fiberglass, cellulose, and spray foam, in attics, walls, and crawl spaces
Measure and cut the insulation to fit into the designated areas
Seal air leaks and install vapor barriers as needed
Clean and maintain equipment and tools
Install and service fireplaces, inserts, and stoves in accordance with manufacturer instructions
Connect gas lines and electrical wiring as necessary
Troubleshoot and repair issues with fireplaces, inserts, and stoves
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Preferred Requirements:
Previous experience as an Insulation Installer and/or Fireplace Installer is preferred
Familiarity with various types of insulation and fireplace models
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and instructions
Basic knowledge of construction and building codes
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in tight spaces
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Physical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. You must be able to lift light to moderate weight and work outdoors in the heat and humidity.
