Responsibilities:
Are you a seasoned General Manager with a passion for residential property management and possess an impeccable track record of excellence? Are you a natural leader who loves to mentor and help their team develop professionally? If so, Related Management is searching for an individual like you with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team as a General Manager overseeing Lathrop (market rate, tax credit and public housing site).
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A GENERAL MANAGER
Supervise all marketing, leasing, recertification and administrative functions
Direct oversight of accounts payable/receivable
Hire, train and evaluate all office and maintenance staff
Administer site specific programs and ensure compliance with each applicable agency (HDC, HCR, HUD, etc.)
Tenant/landlord relations and conflict resolution
Collect security deposits and rents, and institute proper procedures against delinquent accounts
Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations
Prepare weekly and monthly reporting
Develop and maintain property financial budget
Special projects as assigned

COMPENSATION
$75,000 - $90,000 / yearly
with an annual bonus that is tied to performance
Qualifications:
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
3+ years of property management experience
Knowledge of Project Based Section 8, LIHTC, and/or other affordable housing programs
Understanding of Operating Statements and Financial Budgets is a must
Strong financial acumen
Experience with property management software
Strong leadership and team management skills
