Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Technician's typical job functions include:

Performing pool care and maintenance; boiler room water chemical testing and water softener care and maintenance

Conducting air conditioning and heat change over

Completing guest room care and maintenance

Performing food service equipment repair and maintenance

Reviewing and performing preventative maintenance on plant equipment

Performing infrastructure maintenance; water system inspection and maintenance

Maintaining accurate time and material repair billing records

Utilizing a motor vehicle to pick up supplies, parts and other materials as necessary

Qualifications:

This position might be for you if:

You are at least 18 years old

Achieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)

You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

You possess a working knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry and electrical

You have a  knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems is helpful

You are responsible for your own basic hand tools; Boyne Mountain will supply any specialty tools and equipment

You are able to crouch, bend, stand and/or sit in one position for prolonged periods of time

You possess a valid driver’s license
