Overview:
We currently have an opening for a Maintenance Manager (Full Time)
The Maintenance Manager will plan, schedule, direct, and supervise all Maintenance and Engineer team members by ensuring efficient and effective completion of repairs and maintenance of community buildings and equipment. You will also oversee distribution and completion of all service requests.

Planning, scheduling, directing, and supervising all Maintenance and Engineer team members by ensuring efficient and effective completion of repairs and maintenance of community buildings and equipment. You will also oversee distribution and completion of all service requests.
Minimum of 5 years’ maintenance experience in HVAC/mechanical, electrical, plumbing, locksmithing, utility systems, and/or general building repair.
Prior supervisory experience in a similar setting including budgeting, performance management, discipline, and management of employees.
Certification in building maintenance, construction, or a related field is preferred.
Valid driver’s license and meet Pacific Retirement Services' (PRS’s) Employment Driver Guidelines.
CPR/AED and First Aid certification is required upon hire or w/in 90 days of hire.
Skills in operation, repair, and maintenance of shop equipment and tools.
Knowledge of fire prevention, suppression, and alarm systems.
Ability to read and understand specifications, plans, and drawings, especially mechanical.
Good oral and written communications skills.
Ability to fill out forms and keep accurate records.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook and Word, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Building Automation Systems (BAS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), and scheduling applications.
