As part of the facilities maintenance team you play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of campus buildings. You will report to the Facility Manager in Ashland, VA. The work schedule is Monday-Friday. The salary range for this position is $18 per hour and can be higher depending on skills and experience.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Responsibilities include:

Performing campus maintenance work

Cleaning all office spaces including bathrooms and kitchens

Completing special tasks as assigned

The ideal candidate will possess:

Strong attention to detail

Proficient use of hand and power tools

Experience in a trade preferred (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)

Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills

Proficiency in using computer and email
