We're actively hiring a professional career-minded delivery driver who is ready to take their career to new heights by joining our top-performing home delivery team in San Diego, known for consistently achieving an impressive 99% customer satisfaction rating. Location:

Delivery Driver Schedule (8 to 12 deliveries per day working with a delivery partner): 

Primary delivery driver schedule Tuesday-Saturday working 7:30am-4pm. 

You will rotate working indoors in our delivery center every other week.

What We Offer Our Delivery Drivers:

Hourly: $26.44 - $29.33 / hour

Plus occasional paid overtime. Hourly rate is based on experience / qualifications.

What Makes a Great Delivery Driver: Delivery Drivers at Room & Board are outgoing and a solid brand ambassador who loves interacting with customers and ensuring an incredible delivery experience. You prefer a role that is more physical in nature and offers variety in your work. You love being part of a team that values accountability and is aligned to a common goal.

Delivery Driver Requirements:

At least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license (Interstate DOT requirement) 

Ability to drive a 24-foot box truck (training provided)

Able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs. by yourself; able to lift/carry heavy items with the assistance of a team member and/or proper lifting equipment
