We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Orthodontic Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about orthodontics, committed to delivering high-quality care, and capable of working collaboratively with our dental team. As an Orthodontic Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with the advanced Pitts 21 system, renowned for its efficiency and patient comfort.

Position Type: Full-Time/ Path to Partnership

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

Conduct comprehensive orthodontic evaluations and diagnoses.

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using the Pitts 21 system.

Monitor and adjust treatment progress, ensuring optimal results.

Educate patients and their families about orthodontic care and preventive practices.

Pitts 21 System Utilization:

Utilize the Pitts 21 system, known for its advanced self-ligating bracket technology, to enhance treatment efficiency and patient comfort.

Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices related to the Pitts 21 system.

Educate patients on the benefits of the Pitts 21 system and its role in their orthodontic treatment.

Collaboration:

Work closely with general dentists, dental hygienists, and team to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing practice improvements.

Professional Development:

Stay current with advancements in orthodontic technology and techniques.

Participate in continuing education opportunities and professional development activities, including those related to the Pitts 21 system.

Pathway to Partnership:

Demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, leadership, and commitment to patient care.

Work closely with senior partners to develop an understanding of the business aspects of the practice.

Contribute to practice growth and patient satisfaction, with opportunities to assume increased responsibilities.

Receive mentorship and support towards achieving partnership status, including guidance on financial and managerial aspects of the practice.

Qualifications:

Education:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.

Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program.

Licensing:

Valid state dental license in good standing.

Board certification or eligibility in orthodontics preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience as an orthodontic associate or in a similar role preferred.

Familiarity with the Pitts 21 system is a plus but not required.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
