LOCATION: ARVIN, CA

What will set you apart:
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience with GeoTab.
Knowledge of Grimmway operations and facilities.
Excellent communication (verbal, written and listening) and presentation skills.
Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand, explain, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, directives, and procedures.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish.
Additional Info:
What you will need:
4 years of fleet safety experience.
Experience with fleet technology.
Supervisory and/or management experience.
Able to overnight travel occasionally with limited advance notice.
Required to work irregular hours as needed.
Have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.
Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen and background check.
Benefits:
Total Rewards: $125,000 - $150, 000 / YEAR
Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
