Axient is seeking a Program Support Specialist to support our customer in Huntsville, AL.
What you will do...:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide high-level program support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests.
Review all correspondence in accordance with AR 25-50 and track documents to completion (i.e. memos, awards, etc).
Conduct In/Out processing and team track actions for all incoming personnel.
Process the organization’s Hiring Request Forms and update/manage the Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA). Track new hires and hiring requests.
Track supply inventory and assist in product deliveries. Coordinate Mandatory and Acquisition training; process and track all training requests.
Update all directories with new hires and location
Process travel authorizations and vouchers in the Defense Travel System (DTS).
Update Emergency Data for the Division and ensure all updates are accurate.
Update seating charts for personnel located in IF/RCO offices/cubes.
Create staff call briefing charts for weekly meeting.
Perform other duties as assigned.
An understanding and demonstrated use of software applications to include but not limited to Defense Travel System (DTS); and use of SharePoint is desired.
Skills you will need...:
Minimum Requirements:
Must be able to obtain or have an active and transferable DoD security clearance with current investigation at the required level. Must be able to maintain the required clearance
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
Associates Degree and 4 years of experience can be used in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
An additional 6 years of experience can be used in lieu of Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
Must be computer literate and proficient with recent experience in MS Office products to include: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
