ViaSun Corporation is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Class A CDL Driver / Transport to join our team. As a Class A CDL Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting construction and project materials to designated locations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Safely operating commercial vehicles, such as tractor-trailers and dump trucks, to transport construction materials to various job sites.
Performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the proper functioning and safety of the vehicle.
Securing and unloading materials using appropriate equipment and techniques.
Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and any issues or incidents that occur during transportation.
Complying with all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
Collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
To qualify for this role, you must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Previous experience as a Class A CDL driver and knowledge of construction materials handling is preferred. The ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also essential.
