As part of the ET team you will have the opportunity to support and be involved in developing new technology products/applications. A Technology Analyst has a variety of work opportunities including working on products that support financial related functions, working with user communities developing communications and even developing skills with low code/no code solutioning.

Qualifications:

Who We Are Looking For:

Pursuing degrees that major in Information Technology with a Business, Accounting, or Finance minor OR degrees that major in Business, Accounting, or Finance with an Information Technology/Computer Science minor or similar

Technical aptitude, including technology coursework or relevant work experience

Drive and initiative to lead and affect positive change

Leadership skills through extracurricular and professional endeavors

Ability to thrive in a team environment, both in-person and virtual

Effective communication skills, both oral and written

A can-do attitude, and someone who loves to have a bit of fun!

The ability to work in an environment that emphasizes information sharing, collaboration, teamwork, mutual respect, and integrity.

Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote)

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Insurance Industry knowledge

AWS (Amazon Web Services) Knowledge

Interest in learning about product management and agile practices

Internship Program Eligibility: 

Students who apply Must be returning to school for at least one semester the following summer internship.

Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work authorization (e.g. H-1B visa) for this opportunity.

What You Can Expect:

The internship will occur between May 19, 2025 – August 1, 2025

Due to the short duration of the summer program, it is an expectation that hired interns will be available for the duration of the summer internship with little to no disruption in work schedule. 

Selected interns will work 38.75 hours/week. 

Qualified and competitive candidates will be invited to participate in the interview process, with selected candidates progressing through two rounds of interviewing. 

Pay: $28.00/hour. In addition, interns selected for our summer internship program will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend!

Work Arrangement: Remote: Qualified candidates (outside of locations listed below) may be considered for 100% remote work arrangements based on where a candidate currently resides or is currently located. Remote interns could be asked to travel to an assigned location throughout the summer for onboarding and various events! 

Selected interns must reside within the continental U.S. for the duration of the summer internship. 

Hub Locations: Bloomington, Illinois or Richardson, TX
