Responsibilities:
Our Registered Nurses (RN) in CCU independently provide critical, and intermediate care to adult patients presenting with various medical and surgical care needs. Working with a dedicated team, the Registered Nurse provides evidence-based, high quality care, including patient assessment and treatment, and serves as a resource for other team members. In addition, we are recognized among the nation's Top 100 hospitals, based on quality and performance standards, and promote centers of excellence in Orthopaedics, Cancer Care and Women's Health. A diploma/degree from an accredited nursing school (a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, or agreement to enroll within six months of employment)
A license (RN) to practice in Maryland or the ability to obtain a Maryland license based on timeframe of licensing board
One - two years of clinical nursing experience strongly preferred; new nurse graduates considered with practicum, or technician experience in critical care
Healthcare Provider-Level CPR (BLS) certification
ACLS within 1 year of hire or transfer to CCU

USD $38.58/Hr.
Max:
USD $69.44/Hr.
