As a Solution Architect, you will analyze business requirements, design and implement tailored technology solutions, and ensure development aligns with the organization's overall strategy and IT landscape. Solutions include projects, systems (including applications, technologies, processes, and information), shared infrastructure services and shared application services.

Responsibilities:
Assess business and technical requirements, creating architectural evaluations to identify the optimal technology for fulfilling business needs
Customize and configure selected technologies to meet specific requirements, potentially involving development, integrations, and data management
Work collaboratively with development teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless implementation and deployment process
Oversee deployed solutions, tackle issues, and ensure optimal performance while adapting to changing requirements
Serve as a consultant on a wide range of technologies, platforms, and vendor offerings to drive specific business outcomes
Collaborate closely with product owners to establish a robust architectural foundation supporting future business requirements throughout the product lifecycle
Continuously learn about new technologies, industry trends, and best practices to offer innovative solutions
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 12 years of Information Technology or IT architecture experience
At least 2 years of lead experience
OR
Master’s degree
At least 8 years of Information Technology or IT architecture experience
At least 2 years of lead experience
OR
At least 14 years of Information Technology or IT architecture experience
At least 2 years of lead experience
Additional Requirements:
Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
