Responsibilities:

We seek a highly motivated and enthusiastic Civil Engineering Intern to join our Municipal Team. As an intern, you can work closely with our team of experienced civil engineers on various municipal infrastructure projects. This internship offers an excellent learning opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their civil engineering and environmental sustainability careers.

Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to assist in the planning, designing, and constructing of municipal infrastructure projects, such as roads, bridges, water supply systems, and wastewater treatment facilities.

Conduct research, gather data, and perform calculations to support engineering analyses and design tasks.

Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed engineering drawings, plans, and schematics for stormwater projects.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support various civil engineering projects, contributing to the overall success of the team and projects.

Qualifications:

Currently working toward a Bachelor or Master of Science in a civil or environmental engineering-related curriculum in an ABET-accredited university.

Strong academic record in relevant coursework, focusing on hydraulics, hydrology, and stormwater management preferred.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software is a plus.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
