Job Summary:
SHI is currently seeking a talented Commercial District Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing all sales activities within the defined district. The District Sales Manager will need to have a proven track record in attaining sales goals and quotas. The position is a challenging and dynamic opportunity for the right individual.
This position is required to report to the SHI Austin, TX office location as determined by SHI management.

Include but not limited to:
Responsible for managing a professional sales team in a designated territory
Drive sales strategy and work with Account Executives and the Regional Director to attain sales quotas
Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to customers
Motivate, coach, and manage the sales team
Manage Account Executive performance
Build a sales team (recruit, hire, and train new employees)
Oversee accurate pipeline management
Exponential territory growth
Establish and develop strong Partner relationships within the district
Work with Marketing to effectively create brand awareness
Ownership of the top customers in territory
Travel might be required
Qualifications:
Three years of successful sales experience in the technology field
Strong knowledge of all Microsoft programs
Experience working with C-Level executives
Highly focused on customer solutions and satisfaction
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel & PowerPoint
College Diploma/University Degree
Required Skills:
Strong Leadership/Management skills
Excellent time management, planning, and organization skills
Ability to self-study and engage in independent work to increase job related knowledge and skills
Highly Motivated and Organized
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and motivational skills
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to think ahead, plan long-term decisions, and anticipate outcomes
Self-motivated with ability to work with limited direction and oversight

Ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Previous management experience a plus
Additional Information:
The estimated pay range for this position is $125,000 - $200,000 which includes a base salary and bonuses. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
