Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development to lead our new business acquisition efforts in Tampa, Florida.
The Director of Business Development will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our client base in the skilled trades and legal professions.
This individual will have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing team of Account Executives and shape the strategic direction of our business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business and acquire clients in the skilled trades (HVAC, Electricians, Construction Managers) and legal professions (Paralegals, Legal Assistants)
Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship building
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful client onboarding and delivery of services
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
Requirements:
5+ years of proven experience as an Account Executive, with a track record of success in new business development
Previous experience in agency staffing or recruitment industry
Previous experience staffing in Skilled Trades and/or Legal Professions
Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
