As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our innovative solar energy solutions to residential customers by canvassing neighborhoods and going door to door strategically. Responsibilities
Canvassing neighborhoods going door to door to make customers aware of the utility rate increases while providing a solution in solar panel systems
Engage with potential customers to understand their energy bills and how to reduce costs
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service and follow-up
Collaborate with the sales team and the management to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Document and report sales activities, progress, and results on a regular basis
Requirements
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Ability to work well in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends
Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed
