What You’ll Do:

Implement 1:1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in homes or school

Collect accurate ongoing data on client’s programs

Help build communication systems (AAC, PECS, ASL) with our non-verbal and emerging-verbal clients and teach communication skills

Collaborate with the clinical team to tailor ABA treatment plans, ensuring they are personalized to meet the unique needs of each individual

Ensure clear communication with all team members and parents/clients

Provide behavioral support and respond to challenging behaviors when necessary

Attend staff meetings and training sessions

Basic Requirements:

HS Diploma

Active CBT

Experience working with children (personal/professional)

WA State Driver's license

Insured, reliable transportation

Must be able to lift and carry at least 25lbs

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills to connect with clients

Ability to work M-F, MWF, or Tues/Thurs

Ideal Candidates:

Individuals who love working with children

Candidates with a current CBT or RBT certification

Experience in ABA

Teacher aides or Paraeducators (we have part-time  hours available after school)

Direct Support Professionals and Respite Workers

Anyone who loves working with people with disabilities or is interested in disability advocacy
