The Facility Solutions Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing the execution of services that enhance customer satisfaction. You will manage a range of building maintenance services, help foster long-term relationships with clients, and ensure that all service-oriented activities operate smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Oversee daily operations, including quality assurance inspections and client communications.

Implement effective strategies to retain and grow client accounts through exceptional service delivery.

Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence within service delivery.

Conduct regular performance evaluations of contractors and team members.

Generate accurate reports and documentation to track service performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facility management, sales, or customer service.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
