Job Description
Summary
Efficiently maintain the day to day operation and maintenance of all Slot machines and related equipment.
Job Duties
Promote outstanding customer service, safety and security. Perform basic diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair on slot machines and related equipment. Handle temporary and permanent removal of funds from slot machines. Safeguards against theft and ensures the security and integrity of all casino property. Replace chips, logic boards and currency acceptors. Responsible for maintenance of slot related signage. Responsible for maintaining inventory logs on all slot departmental parts. Perform basic diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair. Assist with conversions, machine moves or other projects. Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board. Performs other duties as required.
