The CMMS Production Control Clerk manages the Computerized Maintenance Management System and assists with operational objectives to ensure contract requirements are fulfilled.

Responsibilities:

Monitor daily administrative tasks, such as departmental expenditures, budget control, assign work orders, and track statutes in the CMMS.

Provide reports, graphs, trend analysis, and other data reports from the CMMS at the request of the O&M Maintenance Supervisor / Contract Maintenance Manager (CMM).

Responsible for work reception, planning, estimating, scheduling, and assigning as well as analyzing and reporting work status and performance.

Manage and utilize the CMMS to assist in the effective and efficient control of scheduled and unscheduled services.

Interface with facility occupants, post office personnel, and receive incoming work order requests, from building users by email, phone, and CMMS.

Purchasing of needed incoming materials, supplies, and tools. Document in the CMMS as needed. Responsible for accuracy of charge code allocation of purchased items.

Implement and perform weekly quality control inspections for work orders in the CMMS.

Apprise users of new capabilities or modules available for use within the CMMS.

Provide workflow development and configuration and routinely monitor data transfer to and from CMMS.

Review all data for adherence to hierarchy and errors prior to uploading or input of data. Modifies as necessary.

Manage data integrity of the CMMS database to support the asset management functions of the contract.

Responsible for data submission into the Government RMS Contract Management System to include work orders, invoices, correspondence, deliverables of plans, and other contract documents.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or higher education

Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience

Minimum three (3) years of experience in the operation of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Preferred

Possess a Valid Drivers License

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Proficiency using personal computer and internet service, word processing, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Knowledge of automated data systems and automated data system input

Ability to pass a National Agency Check (NAC) for computer access

Experience in purchasing or buying Preferred.
