WHO are we looking for?
CAPTRUST is seeking a Financial Planner who will deliver high-level customer service to clients to the firm. A competitive salary is offered for this role as well as expanding responsibilities with a rapidly growing firm. This opportunity is for our Green, OH office. Primary responsibilities may include the following, among others:
Responsibilities:
Broadly support two or more Financial Advisors as part of a team in delivering top quality advice and service to clients
Collect and organize information for financial planning projects and input information into financial planning software
Prepare for client meetings (solo or with senior advisors) by coordinating centralized resources and expertise to deliver investment performance, market updates, economic forecasts, and other topical information to clients
Implement changes, adjustments, portfolio rebalance, recommendations, transitions, etc. of client portfolios with CAPTRUST’s research and trading teams
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field required or equivalent experience
Solid understanding of financial planning concepts
Knowledge of Factset, Bloomberg, eMoney and/or other investment systems as well as Black Diamond® Wealth Platform (Advent) and Charles River Trading System
Desired Qualifications/Skills:
Pursuit of CFP
Strong proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel
Ability to review, research, interpret, and discuss investment, financial, macroeconomic and security specific data with Senior Advisors and clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to communicate information to a financially sophisticated audience
Prioritization skills, multi-task skills, able to manage many time-sensitive tasks simultaneously
