Brightview Senior Living is seeking a culinary rock star to join the team at Brightview Port Jefferson as our Dining Services Director!
Responsibilities:
By managing Dining operations for the front and back of the house, this Director plays a key role regarding customer service, providing excellent meals, and by helping to set a vibrant tone in our community.
As the Dining Services Director, you will get to:
Use your wide variety of skills to effectively manage the day to day Dining Services operation.
Build your team! Hire, coach, and manage a team of customer service oriented Chefs, Dining Servers, and Utility associates.
Bring the fun! At Brightview we pride ourselves on our vibrancy and our Dining Services Director plays a huge role in community events, marketing our community and when it comes to making Brightview a fun place to work.
Design menus that are sophisticated and nutritious.
Responsibly manage the department's budget.
Maintain a clean, safe environment at all times.
Salary Range:
USD $85,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.

Qualifications:
You bring at least 2 years of Food Service Management experience to the table.
Managing a diverse team is fun for you because you love building relationships.
Customer service comes naturally to you and you especially love working with seniors.
The creative juices flow when you are planning menus.
Budgeting is a piece of cake for you because you have a strong attention to detail.
You have strong communication and technological skills.
You are ServSafe certified.
