For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

IT Project/Delivery Manager - SDLC

In this project you'll be working in the Client Coverage Asset Management IT team working with business/IT teams in other global locations.

Your Qualifications:
  • 7+ years' experience in IT Software Development projects, preferably in a large and global financial or IT organization
  • Proven hands on ability to manage all stages of the program and project requirements, through all stages of life cycle in complex and demanding environments
  • Broad knowledge of front-to-back banking processes; specific knowledge in asset management, sales, marketing and distribution desirable
  • Experience in full Software Development life cycle - Waterfall as well Agile/distributed Agile methods
  • Strong Stakeholder management experience - Business/Product Owners & IT
  • Track record of enterprise scale requirement gathering, analysis, engineering and documentation
  • Ability to partner with other IT and business teams in the context of software delivery
  • Developer background/knowledge such as C#, .Net, JavaScript and/or SQL, SOA, Web Services, product integration would be an advantage
  • Ideally experience in Cloud and Artificial Intelligence projects as well as of CRM solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar
  • Project Management and Agile certified; PMP, Prince, Scrum
  • Fluent in English
Your Responsibilities:
  • Support the IT Sales & Marketing area of a leading Asset Manager to evolve to the next level and shape the end user experience for Client Coverage
  • Apply proper methodology, implement solutions in an Agile fashion and comply with a systems development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Partner and collaborate with internal experts and keep your colleagues, business partners, stakeholder and counterparts up to date
  • Ensure business goals are understood and requirements/user stories/acceptance criteria are documented in conjunction with Product Owners, to enable solutions to be defined by the scrum team
  • Think strategically and work in an offshore project team
  • Take responsibility in E2E delivery
