Overview:

The Skier Services Administrative Coordinator provides admin assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the Skier Services Department. The Administrative Coordinator will aid leaders and team members by managing various organizational and communication tasks. 

Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting and implementing standard operating procedures 

Aid managers in safety and workers compensation matters, including injury management 

Assist in preparing or updating department manuals 

Assist department managers with requirements and deadlines on any given project 

Oversee inventory management, track expenses, and help order supplies for all sub-departments 

Execute internal communications related to Skier Services team goals, team member engagement, hospitality, and service messages 

Develop and update administrative systems to enhance efficiency 

Assist with POs and invoices for the Sker Services Department 

When the need arises, be available to support the front-line team with selling and answering guest inquiries 

Work the department managers to make sure team members are up to date within Schoox training platform 

Assist managers and VP with Flaik, Salesforce, and Medallia platforms to help enhance the guest experience 

Help facilitate in budget planning 

Support SnowSports private lesson product sales within RTP and Flaik 

Any additional duties assigned by the manager. 

Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 

Previous administrative experience preferred 

Resort services background preferred 

Compensation & Benefits 

Wages range from $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, with room for professional growth and advancement
