Responsibilities:

Sabre Systems is currently recruiting for a Senior Program Management Analyst (MBSE) to support customers at Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Lexington Park, MD.  The program is providing systems engineering support of weapons systems on various platforms including technical research and development of technologies, analysis, and documentation as part of the acquisition of Aircraft, Weapon, and Integrated Systems and the evaluation of their technical performance, mission suitability and associated acquisition risks throughout the full acquisition process and lifecycle of a program. 

The selected candidate will be responsible for not limited to:

Performs critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems and provides recommendations to ensure program success.

Provides program analysis support for all aspects of the program.

Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified Program and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules.

Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.

Applies policies and procedures for financial planning.

Experience with MBSE practices.

Develops system or mission level models, requirements, and architecture in conjunction with engineering team.

Applies (hands-on) MBSE techniques to capture structure, behavior, requirements, interfaces, and parametric aspects of the mission and system both logical and physical.

Applies knowledge of object-oriented programming principles.

Creates and Utilizes scripts in languages such as JavaScript, Groovy, and Jython for MBSE model analysis, impact assessments, and data aggregation. Experience with executable SysML simulation capabilities and scripting languages.

Qualifications:

Requirements: 

Education: Business, Management, or Technical MS or MA degree in Business, Management, or a related technical discipline. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: A Business, Management, or Technical BS or BA degree from an accredited college or university and an additional four (4) years of recent and relevant technical experience may be substituted for a MS or MA degree.

These four (4) years of experience are in addition to the required minimum of four (4) years to meet the experience requirements, requiring a total of eight (8) years of experience.

At least four (4) years of experience implementing MBSE methodologies to include generation of enterprise models using the United Architecture (UAF) framework and system models using SysML using MBSE Tools, such as Cameo System Modeler, Cameo Enterprise Architect, Teamwork Cloud, and Cameo Collaborator.

Experience in building systems engineering and architecture models using modeling methodologies to conduct technical assessments and recommendations that inform key technical decisions.

Experience with modeling languages and frameworks such as UML, SysML, and UAF.Must be able to obtain and maintain an active DoD secret clearance

Must be a US Citizen
