As a BCBA at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. We offer:
An opportunity to provide consultation and training to classroom staff, other educators, school administrators, and families.
The ability to conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop positive behavior support plans for students with a variety of needs.
Supervision responsibilities for Registered Behavior Technicians and those in training.

Qualifications:
Our Ideal Candidate:
Master’s degree from a behaviorally-based, accredited college/university in education, psychology or other related field; Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or credentialed or enrollment in a graduate program leading to a BCBA.
Experience in the direct delivery of behavior analytic services to students with emotional and behavioral disorders.
Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis;
Prior experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans.
Willingness to travel in school district settings.
Valid driver’s license must be maintained
Servant Leader with exceptional customer service skills and accountability.
