About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dedicated Senior Associate Attorney to join our client's legal team. This role is fully remote, but candidates must be located in the Pacific Time Zone (PST) and licensed to practice in California. If you have 7+ years of experience in Litigation, Legal Ethics, Professional Responsibility, or Disciplinary Defense, we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

Provide legal advice and guidance to attorneys facing disciplinary proceedings, ensuring they understand their rights and obligations.

Maintain regular client communication, offering timely updates on case progress and addressing concerns.

Represent attorneys in proceedings before state bar associations, including attending disciplinary hearings and presenting compelling arguments.

Develop comprehensive defense strategies, conducting investigations, gathering evidence, and preparing legal documents for each case.

Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to leverage expertise and coordinate defense strategies.

Core Competencies:

Proven experience in litigation with a focus on legal ethics, professional responsibility, or disciplinary defense.

Ability to provide effective counsel and representation in disciplinary proceedings.

Expertise in developing defense strategies, drafting legal briefs, and presenting strong legal arguments.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative approach to case management.

What You Bring:

7+ years of experience in practicing law, with a focus on litigation, legal ethics, professional responsibility, or disciplinary defense.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Active membership in good standing with the state bar association.

Pay Range: $140K$180K, depending on experience (140K-150K for 8 years of experience, 160K-180K for 10+ years of experience).

Ability to work independently, handle multiple cases, and meet deadlines.

Work Environment & Benefits:

Remote work environment (must be located in PST, ideally California or Washington).

Pay Range: $140K$180K, depending on experience.
