Position Overview The private practice seeks a general dentist to start immediately in Athol, MA. The client is willing to provide mentorship to young dentists.

Key Responsibilities Perform general dentistry procedures

Collaborate with the dental team on patient care

Manage extractions and oversee administrative functions

Maintain a patient-focused approach in all interactions

Practice Information Office Hours: Monday - Thursday

Facility: Modern office with digital x-rays and paperless charting

Patient Demographics: Established patient base, primarily adults

Team: Experienced and supportive staff working cohesively

Compensation Base Salary: $200k - $350k per year

Production-Based Compensation: Very competitive percentage

Additional Benefits: Health insurance, 401K, continuing education stipend

Requirements DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school

Valid MA dental license

CPR certification

Willingness to engage with the Athol community

Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
