HVAC Service Support Technician

The client is seeking an HVAC Service Support Technician to fill an

immediate opening in West Chester, OH!

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Service Manager and Field Service Technicians

to streamline daily tasks.

Take ownership of document control, ensuring accurate and organized

record-keeping.

Manage the filing of reports and documentation in a systematic and

accessible manner.

Actively participate in mentorship opportunities, including

traveling to job sites to gain practical experience (up to 25% of

working time).

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and

procedures within the support function.

Maintain a proactive and solution-oriented approach to

problem-solving.
