Resource Innovations is seeking a Program Manager, Inflation Reduction Act Energy Programs, to join our growing government services team who will be responsible for the successful launch and deployment of Inflation reduction Act (IRA) programs. As the Program Manager with Resource Innovations, you will work in a dynamic environment leading and managing a team of outreach and operations staff working on IRA energy programs. The Program Manager will play a highly visible role both internally and externally and will be responsible for developing short and long-term implementation plans, leading program implementation activities, developing trusted relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and program contacts.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manages program launch and implementation including development of work plans to meet goals, aligning staff assignments, and providing accurate forecasting both internally and to clients.
Delivers successful large-budget, energy programs to utility client(s) per contract terms and program budgets.
Identifies, defines, quantifies, tracks and drives program deliverables to be submitted accurately and on time.
Continuously assesses project progress to goal and develops innovative and creative solutions to new issues and/or market dynamics.
Manages, leads, and mentors a dynamic team by setting and reviewing performance standards and objectives for direct reports and creates effective delivery teams.
Supports outreach functions through community engagement, program presentations, and relationship building.
Develops, manages, and fosters partnerships with subcontractors, community groups, and other industry affiliates/stakeholders.
Manages client expectations, satisfaction, communications, and resolves and/or escalates client issues.
Interfaces with key internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Finance and HR to develop efficiencies to meet program needs.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Due to IRA (inflation Reduction Act) funding stipulations, US Citizenship is required.
Must be located in the following: greater Colombus, OH; Indianapolis, IN; or Phoenix, AZ areas.
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering or related field of study required
A minimum of 6+ years’ experience in energy-efficiency or a related field required, Multifamily or Commercial & Industrial (C&I) program experience preferred.
Previous Management experience including experience leading technical staff.
Proven success in developing and implementing project scopes, budgets and plans
Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools
Preferred Education and Experience:
Advanced energy related certifications such as Certified Energy Manager (CEM) Certification.
A master’s degree or MBA
Experience managing multi-family focused energy efficiency or weatherization programs.
Key Skills
Excellent project and program management skills
Ability and experience in short and long-range planning and strategy
Proficient in establishing job and work process flows
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task while consistently meeting deadlines with accuracy and within budget
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
Positive, action-oriented attitude showing initiative and creativity
Client service focus
Ability to collaborate well at all levels within an organization, and a team-player
