Job Description

As VP/Director, Engagement Strategy, your comprehensive marketing expertise will be essential to providing strategic expertise on client engagements.  You will demonstrate an intimate understanding of how consumers interact with channels and technology, you will demand a focus on how to solve clients' challenges through an orchestrated system of paid, owned and earned touchpoints that inspires connected creativity.

Your Impact:

Daily, your role will concentrate on guiding strategy across accounts while delivering industry-leading service, which includes: 

Lead the development of strategy that informs when, where and how a brand should connect; redefine communications and orchestrate efforts across channels. 

Champion the use of data; partner with data-scientists to understand behaviors and uncover unexpected insight that inspire bold ideas for how a brand should connect. 

Analyze how consumers interact with devices, platforms, content, and media, then developing experiences based on the behaviors to give the brand purpose and relationship within a patient’s life. 

Envision and design orchestrated systems of brand communications; collaborate with media planners, technologists, experience designers and creative teams to bring modern communication architectures to life. 

Build senior-level client relationships; provide guidance on their competitive threats and evolving consumer behaviors to guide their teams toward the next generation of holistic brand experience solutions that inform growth. 

Manage the development of the team; inspire and lead direct reports and extended partner, and guiding the quality of agency output and its impact
