We are seeking a Project Manager for our Midwest region who has expertise leading Industrial Hygiene and Building Sciences projects. Project Managers lead client projects from inception to closure and provide supervision and coaching to project teams and subcontracting staff.

Core Responsibilities

Manage Industrial Hygiene projects from inception to closure

Manage all aspects of the project life cycle, including discovery and planning, scope definition, budgeting and financials, project execution, and delivery

Ensure quality and regulatory standards are met or exceeded

Prepare and/or peer review client technical report deliverables

Prepare timely client invoices, ensuring timesheet, subcontractor and expense data and accurate

Provide mentorship and coaching to project team members

Procure and coordinate subcontractors and vendors

Perform and oversee Industrial Hygiene surveys and assessments: Indoor Air Quality, Asbestos/Lead/Mold, Exposure Monitoring, Noise, Occupational Safety, etc

Prepare, implement, and/or review Health and Safety Plans/Job Safety Analyses for sites

Maintain productive and proactive communications with client and VERTEX teams
