Job Description
We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining the client’s overall level of satisfaction with all our services. You will also handle a set client list for their day-to-day service requests as well as the pricing and equipment selection for both major and minor projects. Other responsibilities include:
Serve as primary technical and sales liaison between us and our clients.
Manage the Client’s technical proposal process and ensure that all technical information and recommendations addressing client requirements are accurate, properly defined, and detailed.
Prepare and deliver annual IT budgets for clients, as well as monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Develop relationships with technical product vendors to build product sales and support capabilities.
Overseeing onboarding and offboarding of customer assets in regard to operational service delivery and contract maintenance.
Prepare and present project, service, and product quotes for clients.
Perform research on technologies and solutions using internal and external resources to understand the nuances of different technologies and solutions.
