This is an opportunity for you to make your mark on the future of our NatWest Boxed Banking-as-a-Service proposition

What you'll do

We’re looking for a true leader who wants to take full ownership of their role. You’ll develop a vision for the direction of your Mission team to build all customer services, platform migration services and execution, and POS lending enabling services.

You’ll also be expected to have:

Strong product leadership, with some in financial services, core banking or microservices platforms

Experience of building reusable microservices to scale across a number of consumers and user cases

High attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities

Experience leading successful consumer products from concept to adoption, with experience in all stages of the product life cycle
