Your new company is a rapidly growing financial services group. Established in 2002, this group is involved in business leasing, commercial and residential mortgages, motor finance and Agri Finance in Ireland.
Your new role will involve answering a high volume of calls. A high level of customer service will be attained by dealing with customer requests eg change of bank details, change of address. Dealing with customer complaints, processing direct debit mandates received and update bank details. Manually taking payments via debit card. Weekly/daily review of the relevant reports to ensure refunds are processed/accounts closed within the relevant time frame.
What you'll need to succeed is an APA in Loans and Regulations or working towards qualification is desirable. You will have excellent communication skills and display strong administrative capabilities. You will be computer literate with good keyboard skills. You will be committed to your work, effort, motivation and initiative in all business dealings.
